Wireless Prepaid Broadband USB Reloading

I have a wireless broadband USB. I use it occasionally when I take my computer inter-state.
I have searched all the websites and phone messages to find out how to put money on it again but I cannot figure out how to do it.


It seems to think that it is a prepaid mobile, not a wireless broadband USB. One site it said to use your 'My Account menu' and go to Credit Menu. That doesn't seem possible when I try to do it.

Happy to help. Can you please let me know what prepaid broadband product you're using? Often times it will appear as a regular prepaid phone account. Essentially a prepaid mobile broadband modem really is just like a phone, only you don't use it for voice.


Anyway, let me know and I'll do my best to help guide you.
