Sprint Mobile Broadband

by Justin
(Alabama)

I've been hearing good things about Sprint mobile broadband, and I'm interested in getting PREPAID sprint wireless broadband, but haven't found it. Do you know if it's available somehow?

How to Get Sprint Prepaid Broadband
by: PrepaidWirelessGuy

Unfortunately, you can't currently get Sprint mobile broadband as a prepaid offer. They only offer contract 3G (and 4G) mobile broadband. Recent third party companies have concluded that Sprint's CDMA EVDO RevA 3G network is the fastest in the country. It's even faster than AT&T who often claims that they're the fastest, which actually isn't accurate. I believe they are being "asked" to refrain from such campaigns, though I don't know if any lawsuits are actually underway.

Anyway, the point is that if you want to take advantage of their network quality and speed, but don't want to deal with a contract, you do have some options via some of their MVNOs:

1. Virgin Mobile
2. Ready Mobile
3. RovAir (broadband rental)

You can review these offerings by visiting the prepaid broadband and prepaid rental sections of the site.

Although they're not Sprint branded, they use Sprint mobile broadband equipment, so you can choose the provider that meets your needs in terms of cost/value, but rest assured that you're going to get to enjoy Sprint broadband network!
