Prepaid Mobile Email - Check out these cool options!
Prepaid mobile email
is becoming more and more in demand and popular
with users of prepaid wireless. Gone are the days where
prepaid
customers use their phone just for the occasional voice call!
Now
prepaid customers want all the features they have come to expect on
postpaid contract plans, including Internet and email.
Well,
fortunately the popularity of prepaid has finally evolved and there are
now a number of options to get prepaid mobile email, including real
time
delivery (i.e. push email) to your mobile device. I
definitely expect
the options and pricing to continue to get even better over time, but
things are looking pretty decent now! The following table
should help
you explore options that are currently on the market, and there are
definitely some pretty slick options to meet the needs of people
looking for good prepaid mobile email options.
Keep in mind
that this is a list of what's called "feature phones," which means that
they are NOT smartphones. To learn more details about
smartphones, visit Prepaid
Smartphones, or jump right to the Prepaid
Smartphone Comparison table.
Offer
a number of different devices, including the iPhone, Blackberries, and
other smartphones. On their website, look for the
"No
Commitment Pricing" - that's their no contract pricing
Unfortunately,
no unlimited data plans appear to be available on prepaid

Peek Offers a Very Unique Option!
When
I discovered Peek's service, my first thought was "wow, this is a very
cool offering!" The thing that makes it so unique is its
simplicity. It's
not a smartphone. It's doesn't have a whole
suite of fancy
features that smartphones and Blackberries have. That might
turn off a
lot of people, and that's ok, because Peek wouldn't be for
such folks.
Peek
is a prepaid mobile email device for people who depend on email as an
important source of
communication, but want simplicity. They don't want to open
Word
documents, make remote PowerPoint presentations, or
use Facebook on
their mobile device. They want email, prepaid mobile email,
plain and simple! Well, Peek
devices do just that, and they do it really well. It takes
only a few
minutes to setup and supports multiple accounts. It's a nice
form
factor, and has a very reasonable monthly price for unlimited email.
So,
if you have a regular phone that you like to carry
around, want to keep
in touch with people on email, but don't want to mess around with
complicated smartphones, Peek may be an option worth considering.
Peek
devices also come with a very reasonable price tag compared to other
email devices that can run into the multiple hundreds of dollars
range...yikes! If you're interested in learning more, please
